Streaming Device Question

Currently use Blackmagic Web Presenters (SDI input) to stream to YouTube and Facebook. Powers that be want to be able to take the SDI feed and stream to TikTok and Instagram as well. Anyone have thoughts of an encoder I can use? Ideally it would handle all the platforms and use a routed SDI video as the source.
I suppose I could get an input card, a PC and do OBS, but would prefer an appliance like the Web Presenters.
