Cant enroll into mat135H1?

I tried putting the calc 1 course into the planning calendar and a message showed up right away saying âissues foundâ. Apparently I am not satisfying a high school math prerequisite?
This doesnât make sense to me since I got a 7 in IB hl math and the university has received my results. Is there anyone I can contact to see whatâs going on? Do I even have to? If I just enroll in the class would it let me?
