Iām pushing 33. If I start the grind now is there any chance of being an MLB umpire?
Post Body
Im prepared to get torn apart in the comments, but like the title says, is there any hope for an old guy like me to get a fair look at being an MLB umpire 8-10 years down the road if I get involved now or has father time gotten me?
Thank you guys.
Comments
Just my thought, why dies everyone focus in MLB umpiring, fewer umpires than there are players. Why not strive hard to be a good D1 umpire where you can make I "think" a solid 3-4k per weekend
