I had a dui over 10 years ago and my license was suspended, when applying it’s asking for when it was suspended and for how long, I cannot remember the date or length and have no records of it.. I also got a distracted driving ticket maybe 5 years ago for being on my phone but cannot remember when that was either. Those were all in CA and I live in AZ now. I just paid to get my CA driving record and it’s completely clean. Will either of those disqualify me from employment and what should I do If I don’t remember the date or year I got those tickets? TIA
