If company goes into administration and made redundant, will I get paid my whole notice period by the government or only a statutory notice period?
Post Body

Company has unfortunately gone into administration, just trying to work out where this leaves me. Worked here for nearly 4 years so hopefully should get 3 weeks wage for redundancy (through government), but also should get paid notice period. Does anyone know if this would be my full 3 months notice period or would it be what ever government statutory is?
