Question about Family Student Housing

Hello,
I am hoping to get an offer for the family student housing and I was hoping to get some input from anyone who has lived there or currently lives there - How is it? Is it loud? What do you do if you have two cars? Is the supervision strict? How is it having guests over? How are the utility bills? How are the appliances and the quality of the house in general?
Any insight is appreciated :).
