My doctor scheduled me for next Tuesday. Im pretty sure my period is any day now, though. I know that I could just reschedule, but he’s been trying hard to help me get in for an appointment— especially since the clinic is usually overbooked. So, I’d feel terrible if I canceled.

If I’m having the wet mount to have my discharge screened for things like BV or other issues, are they still able to get a good enough sample swab?
