Man this sucks, I simply can't beat this game. It's been a while since there was a game I couldn't beat. But even in FromSoft games you can level the hell out of your character to get an advantage over a difficult boss. But I am pretty much maxed out (minus 2 potions and 1 mp upgrade). And I can't even get through phase one without using all of my potions.

Something about the final boss' attack speed and the patterns, I can't figure it out. I have the teleport dodge. I have all of the talismans, and I've experimented with different combinations. I've tried a bunch of different strategies. I've settled on the hourglass because that's what it takes for me to dodge with any consistency. And even then, I'll get hit once or twice and get comboed while I'm trying to heal up.

I'm not looking for a magical answer (but if there is one, please help 😂). I'm just coming to terms with being unable to finish a game that I have enjoyed playing SO MUCH. Because it is an amazing game that might be the only one in decades to have brought back that feeling of exploration and learning that comes with discovering a whole other universe. Cheers!
