My ex took my kids without consent to another province
Post Body

I have joint shared 50/50 access with my ex of our 2 children (7F,5M). She has a new bf who's parents live in PEI. Our separation agreement states she must give me 30 days notice to take the kids out of province.

She gave me 2 hours notice.

Her 740AM text was a statement, not request that she was leaving. "I sent you an email and never heard back (night before, work email that I don't check on weekends) so I'm letting you know these are my plans. Please confirm and contact me with any questions."

My reply - "K"

4 hours later - "Our S/A forbids you to do this without notice, I do not consent."

Her: Too bad.

What is the point of Separation Agreements if they aren't enforceable????
