So dieting is one of the things I’m struggling the most with. Does anyone have any tips on maintaining a healthy diet while working long hours? If the tips don’t break the bank that would be better.
I usually try to get something in me for breakfast but it’s hit or miss. If I don’t, I hit up the vending machine at my terminal to get something to get me through the day. I know this is not a smart or healthy way to live. I’ve tried skipping the vending machine but then I find myself engorging myself at the truck stop on my break.
I’ve heard of meal prepping but I’m not sure where to start.
