Post Body

So I was driving for a small company for the past 5 years. Long story short. Done a few lease purchases etc. the boss has allowed me to run over hours past few years. I willlingly did so. Last year got my first HOS violation. Just recently got a few more HOS violations. So I told my boss I’m DONE running over hours. So he FLIPPED his lid and said take my truck home etc we’re done working together. Would it be worth trying to sue him for maybe breach of contract due to doing a lease on a truck and not finishing? Or for coercing me to run illegal etc? Should I report both his company’s to fmcsa? Which is illegal to have two companies also??

Advice!!? Please
