Even if it was partial coverage or reimbursement for the surgery or hair removal in prep for surgery, how did you do it? What criteria did you have to fill in order to get coverage approved? Did you need referall letters, or any other sort of documentation? What percentage of it were you able to get covered? And how much did you have to pay out of pocket? How much was the total cost? What insurance did you have? And what procedures did you get done? I'm interested in any details although I know that most if not all of insurances don't cover FFS as it's seen as purely cosmetic, but on the off chance anyone has gotten at least partial coverage I would like to know how they managed to do it (BTW I'm in Ohio and currently on medicaid)
