Forgot some ec's on uc app + additional comments

Hi all,

I forgot to put varsity lacrosse and national honors society from hs in my uc app. I am a first year transfer as well (I currently go to uci for compsci and engineering but want to transfer to another school) so I was wondering how this would affect my chances.

Also I did not put any personal reasons for my transfer in the additional comment sections and was wondering if I did put something would that have helped my chances.

I am also applying to common app schools so I wanted your guy's input on this so I make sure my common app does not face the same mistakes, if these are even considered mistakes.
