Carefirst Insurance
Post Body

Does anyone here have experience working with Carefirst Insurance on claims? I've been beating my heat against a wall for like a year now trying to submit my materials to get laser hair removal covered. I've followed their policy to get reimbursed: I've gotten a diagnosis from my primary care physician, I've gotten itemized list of dates and which procedure was done when, I've got the contracts that show the total cost and how many sessions that is being covered in the price, I've got a breakdown of how much each individual session costs based on that price, and I've got the various diagnostic codes that are needed for each one. Given all of that, my insurance should cover the procedures.

Each time I submit the claims though, I end up getting strung along, customer support is constantly telling me different answers and I keep being kicked back to the starting point. If anyone's had success with them they'd like to share, that'd be incredibly helpful.
