Hi, I'm a 21 year old trans woman. I've been on hormones for 2 years, and on a steady dose of .4mg estrodiol a day transdermal for most of it. 200mg of spiro a day, 200mg of progesterone a day. My insurance company has left me high and dry so now i need to do this all on my own for the first time.
I haven't noticed much of an effect from the spiro, is this the time to try something else? and can i go up on my estrogen dose? I have factor v Leiden, a blood condition, so I can only safely take estrogen thru transdermal patches. ideally I'd love as much estrogen as I can get in me.
