Landlord Moving Son In
Post Body

Just got a text from my landlord saying that he is giving me 60 days notice that his son is moving in. I know he needs to officially send me proper paperwork I think an N12 but should I also ask for an affidavit that his so. Is actually moving in? Does he have to pay my first months rent / moving costs for a new place?

I am sceptical his son is because originally he tried to raise my rent just before the new year higher then the allowed limit because I got a great deal during Covid.

Any advice is much appreciated or links to material.
