What is your fiber routine?

About to enter bulk season, and want to be able to bttm cleanly during this period. So for those who have a proven good fiber routine, what is it that you do? When you wake up, do you drink a glass of water with a tablespoon of psyllium husk? And one glass before bed? Do you sprinkle/mix your fiber in your meals? How do you time fiber and your PrEp pill, since consuming fiber impacts PrEP absorption? Please, share your routine!
