Noisy kids at restaurants- is this a thing in TBA?

Some towns I been to you go to a nice restaurant where it costs$ only to be ruined by obnoxious parents with screaming kids runnin around like it’s a McDonald’s playpen . Look if the menu has a “ kids section” Then I get it and fair enuff it’s “ family friendly”, but if it’s somewhere where mains cost >$50 I don’t wanna be hearing screaming kids and them Running up and down the corridors. Does Toowoomba have this happening at nice places ( with entitled breeders) or is Toowoomba better than that?
