What Omens did Saja N'baza know of Omu

I'll be running a session where the party finally meets Saja N'baza towards the end of this month. In the book, it says that Saja confirms that the death curse fits with various omens tied to Omu.
I'm anticipating one or more of my players asking what the omens actually are, but I'm struggling to come up with anything I actually like.
Have any other DM's had to address this? If so, how did you respond? What where your omens?
