Hey everyone,
I wanted to start a discussion about something that's been bothering me lately: TikTok's seemingly arbitrary and unfair policy regarding access to TikTok Live.
I've noticed a trend where certain content creators, particularly those with very few followers, are granted access to TikTok Live while others, who meet the criteria and have been eagerly waiting, are left out in the cold. It's incredibly frustrating to see individuals with minimal audience reach being given this privilege, while others who have put in the effort to grow their following are denied the opportunity to engage with their audience through live streams.
What's even more concerning is that it often seems to be young girls or small accounts who are given this special treatment, despite not meeting the typical requirements for access. It feels like TikTok is playing favorites and arbitrarily deciding who gets to use this feature, rather than providing equal opportunities to all deserving creators.
I've also noticed instances where individuals who shouldn't have access to TikTok Live are going live, which only adds to the confusion and frustration. It's high time TikTok reevaluates its approach to granting access to TikTok Live and ensures fairness and transparency in the process.
I'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences on this matter. Have you encountered similar issues with TikTok Live access? Do you think TikTok needs to make changes to its policies to address this issue?
Let's discuss.
