Planning a 5-7 day hike of the Colorado Trail next year and need a new bigger backpack. I normally use a gossamer gear kumo 36l backpack for 2-3 days trip but need a bigger backpack due to 5-7 day no resupply. Been looking at a huperlight 40 or 55l but have no experience with them. Any other recommendations before I pull the trigger on a hyperlight? My base weight is about 12 pounds but with all that extra food I’ll probably start with almost 30lbs or so. Planning on hiking the last 100 or so miles of the trail into Durango. Thanks for any advice!
