Anyone here do a thru hike with an ostomy?

I have always wanted to do the PCT but haven’t been able to due to having chrons and needing refrigeration for my medicine. Welllll now I have an ostomy (colostomy) but no longer need medication! Was wondering if anyone has any experience with this and the logistics of it all. Thank you in advance :)
