Elimination diet?

Hello- I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both knees (36/F) recently, although I suspect it’s been present for 20 years. I have a lot of other pain in joints, and have had no help from doctors (moved a lot, I function fine for now, getting frustrated). I am considering doing the Whole30 diet, but I’m terrible at stuff like that. I guess I’m asking if people have tried the restrictive diet and found some relief from pain. I need a bit of motivation to try this.
