Quick question about cameo shifts

I've heard a lot about cameo shifts in the past and I have 2 major questions

Can cameo shifts happen to people who aren't therians and if so is it a different name?
Are cameo shifts just phantom shifts or can they be mental shifts?

The 2nd one is very important as I had a mental shift as some kind of bird. If anyone has awnsers that would be appreciated <3

A cameo shift can be any type of shift (mental, phantom, dream, etc). And whether non-therians experience them... I assume it's possible, but maybe ask non-therians instead of therians?
