I know that Mindbloom has gotten some mixed reviews here, but so far I've had pretty good success with them. While I'm not in remission yet, I am a lot more stable than I was, and beyond even the benefits to my depression and anxiety, the sessions have actually given me a lot of insights that I wouldn't have had, because being able to dissociate and examine situations without having to feel the trauma/pain has been really helpful. I came out of my last session two weeks ago and said something to my friend who sits with me that he thought I'd never be able articulate; basically I gave myself permission to be angry about a shitty thing that was done to me.
But I'm moreover curious about possible alterations of the effects of the ketamine from other substances. I have a marijuana prescription for chronic pain, although I generally only use it at night, well away from any ketamine use. My bigger issue has been caffeine, because I'm admittedly an addict. I have limited myself to about the amount of caffeine in 10 oz of coffee, and haven't really noticed any diminishing returns, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had things not work as well.
