Why is this glitch happening?

Built a nightclub, gave it a business owner, went to play another household and traveled to it and now all of the employees and visitors of the club appear and disappear in a group the whole time in the corner of the lot. Has this happened to any one else and did you find a fix for it? I put a lot of work into it so I would hate to scrap it if I don’t have too
