[Bug] Anyone's GO+ keeps vibrating with red light but not disconnecting while game runs on background mode?

This bug started about 2-3 days ago, tried hard resetting GO , unpair, re-pair, restarted bluetooth and restarted phone. Nothing works.
- Bag isn't full
- Pokemon storage not full either
- Stocked with pokeballs
- Phone is beside GO all the time
- Although it kept vibrating with red light, it doesn't disconnect
