Who is downvoting every post in this subreddit?

I'm not the only person who has noticed this. Some people in cabal chat were aware of it as well. It happens every single day, and it's not the fake downvotes either. These are actual people downvoting things.
From the top right now:
How many zones are there? gets 6up 5 down? wtf...
There isn't this MASSIVE influx of content/posts in this subreddit, so it's not like these posts are crowding stuff out for space
