So I got into work really early today, couldn't sleep so thought I'd get something productive done at work rather than waste time at home.

Brill, getting in early means you can go home early... right. Even better, garage has an MOT slot for the motorbike this afternoon. I can have a morning at work, sausage and egg sammich for lunch then take the bike into the garage. Drool for half hour at all the other pretty machines and then go for a blast. What a day, what a day indeed.

Works all gone fine, done what I needed to do. Went home, got the oven on to cook some sausages up. Ring fucking ring goes the blackberry. Everything at work has crashed, time to fix it all.

Ring the garage, cancel the MOT slot and trundle back into the office sandwich in hand... *sigh*

This is the 3rd time in 3 years that I take a day off work and something catastrophic goes wrong.

Sods bloody law indeed.
