Do you track your data at all?

I'm trying to figure out what works best, and im wondering if anyone else does something similar or has thoughts on it?
Basically I track the date, day of the week, where I did promo posts, how much I made that day, and what the photo content was. And likes and comments.
My day job involves a lot of data analytics, so o figured why not try and apply that here, lol
