Easy money abuse

Not sure if it's every trader or just the one but the staves dealer in Elderglen gives me a 25% discount and I can buy unlimited staves and then sell them immediately back for profit. Gonna not do that so I don't ruin the immersion but it seems like an easy abuse that might have to have a cap or limit their money.
