Rebuilt 2022 Model 3 (no warranty)

I decided to take a risk and bought a flood damaged rebuilt title 2022 model 3 Long Range for $27k. I have a 3000 mile warranty from the dealer but nothing after that. What should I check for issues?
I've driven around 200 miles so far and found no issues other than the wood trim is a little imperfect from getting wet.
