How do I report a broken AC unit to corporate? I have notified the PML of it 3 times with 0 resolution.
The AC unit is 100% broken as it never turns on, blows or shows any sign of power. For reference, it's a stockroom one that connects to the salesfloor via the ducts. But in the 2 years I've been here it's never turned on, even with the stockroom reach 95 degrees
