Trinket M0 modchip vs sx pro

Looking into getting into switch modding so just exploring options at the moment.
Is there any advantage that a trinket M0 modchip offers over an sx pro? There is a guy in my city who's selling switch consoles with the modchip pre-installed. Is it worth it?( at a premium of course) or should I just buy any second hand switch and use an sx pro?
