Hi all - I'm interested in experiences of any individuals that have been to Marfreless in Houston. We've been a few times and originally was under the impression that it was a speakeasy dive bar with a "makeout" area upstairs. For those that haven't been, downstairs is a typical cocktail bar with a speakeasy vibe, hidden door, etc. Upstairs is supposed to be limited to couples only (at least on our last visit, but not 100% enforced) and has couches, curtains, etc. where couples are routinely seen making out.

We originally understood the bar to be a place where management simply looked the other way if individuals were going a little beyond making out (i.e. oral) as long as you were discreet about it. On our last visit however, we saw a full MFM threesome / hotwife /cuckold scene break out. She was fully naked, the assumed bull was fully naked and fucking her from behind, while the other guy was kissing and playing with her tits. At least the hotwife and Bull were really attractive so the whole scene was amazingly hot!

That said, I'm curious if any locals know if this is typical (the waitress saw and didn't bat an eye). I also assume that if the authorities saw this there would be immediate tickets and/or arrests for lewd conduct. In Texas at least, bars that allow sex or full nudity (i.e., swingers club, full nude strip clubs) are prohibited from selling alcohol. It's why those places are BYOB. If anyone has any insight into that I'd be interested.

I'm mainly asking because my wife and I really want to recreate the MFM scene but want to be aware of the risks of getting kicked out and/or arrested. We also think that if full sex/nudity is allowed, it's a great alternative for us to the local swinger clubs which are a further drive and more expensive.
