We figured out early on to verify with people when finding couples online. We typically go with the "send a picture doing ______" and then as long as both partners can, all should be good to move forward.

But a handful of times now, we've verified only to keep chatting and start getting catfish vibes. Every time it's been a FWB scenario. Are these people just more aggressive with chatting and sharing pictures in general and we're just reading into it?

I don't really know what someone's game plan would be to catfish as a couple, other than trying to get nudes or something like that. But we're trying to decide if we're being too paranoid, or if this is actually something we have to worry about lol
