Fairly new to swinging ED issues

Me and my wife have been swinging with a couple for a few times now. We always have a good time and play around for an hour or so but just recently was allowed to have full swap with them. Having an issue where I can not get an erection at the time when I’m going to have sex with the other woman. Never had an issue like this before with my wife in the past. Just wondering if anyone has any advice or experience on how to get over this problem?
