Is 1,000mg vit c too much?

I workout, and i don’t eat citrus fruits.

Im worried about kidney stones etc

Yea. Vit C us demand driven so it depends on your immune system and it’s ability to chew it up. Three people to look into for Vit C are Dr Levy, Dr Cathart and Linus Pauling. It’s a highly misunderstood and underused molecule.

I’ve taken 100G in a day. Blood levels in IVC or like 1000x what oral can do. The kidney stone study is very weak. I usually take 10G now with no issues.
