Just got my first paddle board!!! I just wanted to share my board and my thoughts just in case someone else is considering buying a board from this new company. I am going to preface this to say I know 0% about paddle boarding. This is more a review of the buying/receiving process than the board itself, as I haven’t been able to go out yet. Bought the board Nov 27th, if you read around you’ll see that Sea titans is a NEW company, and it says that it’ll take 2-3 weeks to receive. No big deal. New business and everyone has to start some where and didn’t mind wait as it’s overall freaking cold outside! However, more and more time went on and no board. I’m worried I got scammed but I did some research before purchasing and it checked out. Reached out to customer service 2-3 business days later a reply (no problem there I get it) said should ship soon! A couple days max. Ok……a week or so goes by still no board or even showing it actually shipped! Reached back out to customer service. No reply via email/snail mail/carrier pigeon. Finally received my board yesterday evening. Took forever but finally got it. With how long it took to receive and customer service being iffy. Not sure if I’ll purchase another in the future especially since I know there are other great brands. We shall see! But I’m super excited to start paddling and living my best life 😁
