I Regret Asking For Help

I had a fairly serious attempt about six weeks ago. I posted a suicide note to Facebook and made some comment in a group chat about how I had overdosed and just wanted to say goodbye. Someone saw that and tracked me down, and got EMS to my apartment.
Nothing has changed. I’m still as broken and unwanted as I was before, and now I know it’ll never get better. Announcing it ahead of time was a mistake.
