Was Kendall or Roman right about Vaulter?

Personally, I think Roman was right. At the end of the day Laurence was an asshole who would do anything just to piss Logan off, he even said to Kendall in the first episode he doesn’t want to be bought by “Neanderthals.” To me, Kendall is just trying to save something he holds so closely since his life is falling apart, however he does make some good points. It seems that Vaulter could’ve been great to connect to a younger crowd and helped change the dynamic of Waystar, but that’s not what Logan’s about lol. Just wondering what everyone else thinks.
