looking for half size tunnels!

hey guys, I’m currently at 4mm and it’s gonna be time for me to size up soon. I have the dead stretching kit from Stretch It and I absolutely adore it, I just find that the plugs come out very easily. Does anyone know where to get 4.5mm tunnels? I’ve found that tunnels with an o-ring tend to work much better for me.
