Discomfort for her while/after pegging - Advice Please

After we have a night of pegging, her pubic area is very sore. I found this online. Does anyone else run into this and how are you handling it?

For reference, we use high quality dual density dildos from Vixskin and New York Toy Collective. Actually we haven't use the NYTC one Leroy yet but soon :)
