Beyond pegging

We're curious if anyone here has taken pegging a step further and brought an actual guy into the mix. We realize this reddit is called straightpegging so if there is a more appropriate place to post, please let us know.
We're interested to hear any experiences and what made you take this step and any advice you might have. We're curious about it but a little scared to take it further. PMs are welcome if that's more comfortable.
