Tonight I went to the Sza concert at CFG in Baltimore but wasn’t able to sit in my seat because this man kept sitting in other peoples seat and for some reason didn’t just go to his. I told the worker in the section and she said just stay by the stairs at the bottom which was better view if it wasn’t for the people who kept stand right in front of me. It honestly ruined the entire concert for me and I was really upset that they wouldn’t do anything about someone in my seat I payed for.

What should I do to complain? I wasn’t able to watch the concert much.

I’m not really tall and I’m an immigrant with an accent so it really hard to get people to respect me but I did everything I was supposed to show my ticket asked the employee and still no solution and my night got ruined.
