Has anyone found l-tyrosine or DLPA effective in mitigating withdrawal effects when you've run out of amphetamine?

I know that the mechanism of action is not the same as amphetamine and all that. But at a high enough dose, has anyone found that l-tyrosine has helped mitigate (reduce) withdrawal effects, such as lethargy and irritability?

I've seen some anecdotal reports that suggest it can to a degree. Cold turkey amphetamine withdrawal is shit, and it's hard to get out of bed. If you do get out of bed, it's usually to get something sugary, piss, or try to work.

The same question goes for DL-phenylalanine. Not everyone can take this supplement, as they can become very sick, but it seems somewhat promising as well.
