Taking seroquel was a bad idea I guess

I did speed 2 days ago and it was some fire stuff. Not jittery,clean high with almost zero comedown just fatigue. After the high ended and only residual stimulation was left I took 100mg seroquel. It knocked me out pretty quick but when I woke up I felt horrible it felt like when I was coming down from an unknown RC stim and horrible anhedonia and fatigue (And I was well hydrated and even ate a proper meal) So I think seroquel should be taken when the high gets too much to handle or you get psychotic,but for only a day of use benzos are enough.
