Bug with Stellaris on the new update with Linux

There appears to be a bug with the resolution, when I click a button, I have to click roughly a title bar below whatever I am trying to click, and all the graphics are offset down by said title bar.

That screenshot is in windowed mode, and the buttons actually are where they appear to be, but everything is forced down. In borderless window, the title bar is still there and I have to click one title bar's vertical height below each button in order to click it. Fullscreen has the exact same problem as borderless window.
