Please tell me whats wrong with my greenhouse

For some reason no sprinklers work inside of my greenhouse, I have tried regular sprinklers and the quality sprinklers and for some reason they just don’t water my plants and I end up having to water them myself as you can see in the pictures. 2nd pic is my current set up, which doesn’t work. Is there anything I need to accomplish or unlock for them to work?
