In addition to getting more TV time than ever before, as well as the chance to showcase his personality range, Sandow by proxy has one of the safest positions on the roster.

Think about it... WWE is going to have comedy characters from now until the end of time, and when these characters perform well (see: Santino), they tend to have lengthy employment. Yes, it sucks to see Sandow go from Mr. MITB to Heath Slater levels of jobbing, but at least he's on TV and he's in now danger of being released any time soon.

...I'm always looking for the bright side.
